Regarding the nuclear threat! well so many to say.
1. Currently, it seems that the international order and law on the issue is broken. Russia for example has refused to continue to ratify some international law about the issue while in the same time, Russia is now using its nuclear arsenal and power for its OFFENSIVE STRATEGY NOT THE DEFENSIVE ONE. In other words, Russia won't hesitate to help nations like Syria, Venezuela, Iran become a Nuclear powers in order to defend their interest. They won't hesitate to transfer some key technologies to North Korea that now is helping them in Ukraine with more than 10 000 military.
Another issue is about the minituarization of the nuclear weapon and its use by ennemies combattants like Radical Islamic Terrorists right here in the West.
