Infinite Allergy - Food allergies and Sensitivities Series: An in-depth look into an underlying cause of metabolic inflammation and the cascade of imflammaging.
It is more apparent than ever that chronic inflammatory signaling is a principal culprit in both accelerated aging processes as well as the development of the majority of non-communicable illnesses. In this 3 part lecture series, we will explore the role of food allergies and sensitivities as a catalyst to inflammation signaling on a global metabolic scale. In addition, we will explore tactics and strategies to help patients overcome gut permeability issues and restore gut integrity.
The attendees will:
1. Gain an understanding of the various classes of food allergy and sensitivity.
2. Gain an understanding of IgG IgE IgG4 and C3b,d play in chronic health conditions
3. Be able to explain the impact of gut permeability on evolving immune system reactivity to food
4. Gain insight and understanding of the role of the enteric nervous system and the gut-brain connection as it pertains to gut permeability
5. Be able to explain the role of histamine and Zonulin in managing gut health
6. Become familiar with nutrients that may help with the repair and restoration of gut integrity
