I could not understand example 9.( timestamp: 23:29 )

What I think is:
possible arrangement of 5 odd digits to get even sum, choosing 2 digits = 25
possible arrangement of 4 even digits to get even sum, choosing 2 digits = 16
possible arrangement of 9 digits, choosing 2 = 81

Probability that sum is even:
= (25 + 16 ) / 81
= 41/81

And the probability that both odd numbers constitute even sum is:
= 25/41

Can you please clarify where did I go wrong ?

Also at 23:25,
6/36 + 10/36 = 16/36 = 4/9, not 2/3
