The Biggest Problem with Low Carb Diets

I don't know if you know, but going low carb for fat loss can work remarkably well, but there's one big problem with it - it doesn't fix your broken carbohydrate metabolism.
First, let's be clear - all processed carbs in the US are horrible. These should never be eaten. Ever
Now if you're the type of person who whenever they eat any kind of carb, even fruit, and it makes you gain weight… you kinda have a BIG problem.
This is telling me that your glucose metabolism is broken, which means your ability to create energy in your cells is pretty severely impaired, which is not good.
So if this is you, you should try to fix this because if your body has the ability to properly use carbs and fats, for example, like all children can - who typically have incredible metabolisms, then you can still lose weight even if you eat a few more carbs, which seems kind nice!
But going low carb can work incredibly well for fat loss. It just bypasses the main problem though.
