Stovetop Macaroni and Cheese | I Heart Recipes

If you are a mac and cheese lover, you are going to love this recipe for Stovetop Macaroni and Cheese. It’s super creamy and cheesy, and it takes very little time to make, which is PERFECT for those busy weeknights! This mac and cheese recipe is simple. You don’t have to worry about using a ton of ingredients, being in the kitchen too long, and using a ton of pots & pans. Everything is kept to a minimum, and the finished result is nothing short of amazing! By the way- this recipe is freezable. So feel free to make some for now and later!

1:10 - Pour half and half into a saucepan.
1:17 - Add the pasta to the saucepan.
1:22 - Give it a quick stir.
1:27 - Heat on medium high.
1:32 - Add butter.
1:39 - Add the Velveeta cheese.
1:45 - Stir well.
1:48 - Cook until the past is al dente.
1:55 - Add shredded cheese.
2:00 - Fold in the cheese.
2:06 - Stir until creamy.
2:20 - Dish out and enjoy!
2:30 - You can transfer to a sealable container and freeze as well.

I just made this and it turned out perfect! I usually boil the pasta and make the sauce in a separate pan, who knew you could boil the pasta in water AND milk? Genius! Haha will definitely be doing this from now on...so quick and easy :D
