You can always tell the media trained when they go for "CAP" or Concern Action Perspective... i.e. C = We don't like seeing this sort of thing happening, A = we've launched an immediate investigation into what actually happened and how to stop it in future (bonus: can't talk about the issue any more as investigation is ongoing and don't want to preempt conclusions) P = Thousands of people use this without any problems so on balance we do a great job.
