Example - Part 2: Precedence Diagram Method(PDM) or Activity on Node(AON) Example: This video forms part of a two part series where the same example is used to develop a project network diagram using the arrow diagram method (ADM) also known as the activity on arrow (AOA) method (Part 1), and the precedence diagram method (PDM) also known as the activity on node (AON) method (Part 2). In both methods the same example is used to calculate the project duration, the total float or slack, and the critical path. The critical path is where the total float is zero.
