Coconut Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

If you are a coconut and chocolate lover, you NEED to try out these cookies because you will get hooked. These are so simple and easy to make and there's nothing like some fresh homemade cookies right out of the oven. I love the way these cookies turn out so chunky and look so cute and have the 'homemade' look. And eating them reminds me of 'Bounty' chocolate. They are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside and just a treat for your tongue ;) Enjoy them while they last! :D

Ingredients: (Makes 40 cookies)
*1 tbsp powdered sugar
*1 1/2 tsp oil
*2 tsp water
*3/4 cup all purpose flour
*1/2 cup salted butter, at room temperature
*2/3 cup sugar, powdered
*1 egg, at room temperature
*1/2 tsp vanilla extract
