It took me almost a hundred hours practice in a few years to get the feel of weightless and head laser beam, feel so good once getting it, now my stroke is more used for propel forward rather than fight water. Thanks later Terry.

I will try these. I’ve been struggling with the drills from chapter 3 of the book, mostly learning how to drink pool water through my nose. My swimming has improved a lot, though, because I’ve watched these and Shinji’s videos and worked on the concepts in the pool. Still frustrated that the sensation of ‘pressing the buoy’ eludes me.

i have fear of water even doing  that scares me i go lay flat i lose balance i get scare even swallowing water. the water higher then my chest there current in pool as well have you any advice to help learn to swim i am trying 4 years to get over my fear of water. i have no one to help .i had 2 bad incidence as child i lost my balance off kick board went under no one saw even the life guard i had make my way to surface by my self .can you help me
