Did the Restore option because Revive did not work. Device shuts down, I power it up. It does NOT want to connect to any WiFi, there is just a little spinning circle indicator next to the SSID. I bought a Belkin Usb C to LAN adapter, starting the computer with this, does show a timer BUT timer ramps up to 24 hours (within 5 minutes) while the earth globe is spinning. After 36 hours (so far), nothing else has changed. It is not frozen, pressing Caps lock indicate this also. It just does not do anything else. My internet is 100/100 and I have done multiple Windows internet recoveries with zero issues.

Don’t buy from Apple. And if it’s been a gift: sell it.
