These are great, so glad I found your channel, I’m 6 days postpartum and these are the right challenging level. My second time around I found myself stronger!

Hi❤️ im two months postpartum and I want to start working out. Could you please guide on how to start from your programs and how long should we do your short video workouts and how to move forward with the program? I mean the order and how long should we workout before moving to the next one?

Hi, for me the bear crawl exercises are extremely difficult, not for my core but for my arms and shoulders. This was also the case before my pregnancy. Do you have any tips? When i'm doing the exercises i feel a lot of pressure on my shoulders and arms and this starts to hurt. Is it a matter of practice or i'm i doing it wrong? Thanks!

I’m 3 months postpartum and I gain almost 30 KG!! It was high risk pregnancy and I was not allowed to move at all, now I hate my body I couldn’t accept how I look and every time I tried to do exercise I feel so heavy and it is painful for my knees and my body, please help me what should I do? Is it okay if I did not finish every training session? And how I can deal with my weak body it feels like I never moved my body
