Over promising and under delivering is a risky strategy for businesses as it is likely to disgruntle the customers, and virtually eliminate the possibility of repeat sales

The only issue I have with this is that my clients have been burned by a lot of marketing companies using this exact method, but never fully delivering...I have found that I buffer 1-3 days on a project deliverable such as wireframes or initial site map, and I keep them involved in the process using project management tools like Notion so they can go into the project and visually see where I am at in the process.

Underpromise and Overdeliver. Give them more than they expected. It's all about enhancing the experience, from the beginning to end. 😁

I think that the benefit of under promising of deadlines is, that you have a bigger time buffer which gives some room for failure in case something goes wrong. Thanks for this piece of advice Jesse :)
