After going to school for two years for Networking / PC support and lots of self study with the help of videos like yours I have landed my first job on help desk at a Major Managed service provider. The pay is great for entry level the only problem is the job is very easy. Every call that I get requires me to use something called a knowledge article which tells me exactly what I'm supposed to do, everyone on the help desk does the same. My concern is that working a job like this will not prepare me for anything else. Do You have any experience using knowledge articles out in the IT field? If so please elaborate.

Great video as always... I have a question? I have a job interview set up for an IT job that wants me to know the basics about active directory, what should I know before the interview. My credentials are A+ and N+ and I used your Advice and volunteered at a place called Freegeek Chicago refurbishing pc's and laptops I do not have a degree ( I do plan to start school as soon as I get the money and free time) and the degree I do have is with a different industry. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ps love your channel I seriously check daily for your content love your passion and the wisdom.

Be willing to work 36 hours straight from time-to-time. There is nothing that gains someone's (especially a business owner) respect than seeing that you're willing to stay up all night just to make sure things will be working for the next business day.
