That bit with Kid coming out to his friends and being unsure if they'll still like him hit HARD. That sinking, dizzying, blurry, hot feeling like you're pushing against every single cell in body as your brain SCREAMS at you that what you're about to say is going to make everyone hate you. I also lucked out and subsequently got to experience the absolutely euphoric relief of my friends saying "Haha yeah that makes sense. Glad you finally said it though.", which is something that not everyone gets, sadly.

Outside of Count Papa's movie, this is the *only* time Bubby is shown to be upset at something (so far.) Despite multiple people making fun of him, threats on his life, and multiple life sentences in gulag, only Tina joking about ending her friendship with Kid due to something that is deeply personal to him is where Bubby draws the line. And the second Tina confirms it was a joke, he forgives her and returns to his normal expression.

Bubby is, in fact, pretty high level.
