LOD testing and Procedural terrain generation

After a bit of tweaking I got some pretty good terrain generation I feel, using a custom noise function of my creation.

Moreover I toyed around with Level Of Detail in my rendering, which I am testing here. while it doesn't look good(lets be honest it's pretty crap lmao) it does a good job of doubling the framerate at least at 4k.

This is probably my last update on this engine prototype since I have started work on another project which in which we will likely see voxels again so stay tuned.
