This is a beneficial first step. We are seriously trying to use three Zoho modules under a Zoho One Subscription: CRM, Books, and Inventory. The struggle we are having is synchronisation of records and, in particular, knowing if we can turn off things like invoices and sales orders in CRM so that we can import the same from Books and Inventory. We also have specific fields we are using in Books that are not in Zoho CRM, which we feel are essential, and a few we would like to add under the customer record, such as the district a client is located in. Lastly, we want to add a client workflow triggered by the shipping date. From this shipping date we must contact a client once a week over twelve weeks, how could we potentially do this?

Hello! I have a very basic but possibly complicated question. I have a client that brought ZOHO to me as I’ve worked with other CRM systems in the past and this is their preferred system they want to now move forward with. However, I’m not sure how the ownership or admin works if I set it up with my own email then transfer ownership like I have with other systems. Or, should I walk them through the setup process so that they’ll have to initially start with their own email address. My only worry is that they’ll have access to the system before everything is setup, I’m sure they’ll get email alerts about everything I trigger and test, etc. Any advice is much appreciated!
