A Tip if you you want Milk chocolate use in your mix Milk in powder, and another Tip if you can do it pass your chocolate into a mármol what is specifically made it for it just with anA couple of pastry spatulas, "play" with the chocolate, this will make it shine (it should be clarified that the marble mixture must then be transferred to a bain-marie so that it does not harden before transferring it to the mold)
