Another helpful video! I find it more difficult to palpate the lumbar spine, it feels quite bony, less pronounced spinosi and spaces in between compared to the thoracic and cervical vertebra. Any additional tips?

If you perform a PA unilateral, are you not able to do this on the facet joints because you mentioned you cannot palpate facet joints ?

I had PT perform something on my back and idk what it's called can you help me?

I was laying on my stomach (like the woman in the video). The PT then used his hands to apply quick pumps on my lower back. It was pretty forceful, I felt like air was coming out of my mouth. What is this called?

In another session, I was laying on my stomach and PT asked me to flex my abdominal muscles and he then tapped or pressed on my back with his finger
