This channel is possibly going to save me from failing the landmarking/palpation section of my first practical exam for Massage Therapy. It has been so difficult to achieve proficiency with mostly online classes - I could almost cry with relief that I finally found videos with appropriate terminology and landmarking. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING CONTENT!

Its been years since i have fallen from stairs, i had seen specialist but they said i got no broken bones. But still I got pain while bending backwards, rotating shoulder, bringing shoulder to back and tilting to sides. I have exact straight pain on thoracic spine. So can you tell me which part of my inner spine be causing such pain ? Like it be transversospinalis or erector spinae muscles which are causing me movements problems with pain in spine?
