The root cause of this conflict is not Israeli occupation. The root cause of this conflict is the complete inability, historically of the Arab/Muslim world to accept the existence of a Jewish state that is not subjugated by Muslim majorities. More realistic and pragmatic Middle Eastern leaders must move forward with normalization of relations with Israel without allowing those processes to be sidetracked and road blocked by Palestinian demands.

That would seem to be a complete deal-breaker when it comes to Israeli participation.
