At this stage, money for Ukraine is money going down a rat hole. They have a manpower problem and the US hates ordinary voters seeing how little our military budget 10X Russias and 6X Chinas gets for our money. Embarrassingly, Russia manages to out-produce America in missiles, munitions, artillery units, the world's best AAD. China has a larger fleet than the US, our aircraft carriers are nearly obsolete, Iran may widen the Israel-Gaza war, they have missiles ready for our Navy if we fight, we have a traitor that opened US Borders to invasion - and - and we jest have far bigger problems than Ukraine we have to fix.
