Russia ramps up rhetoric with the West over long range missiles

Russia has ramped up its rhetoric with the West with further warnings over the use of long range missiles.

It comes just days after Vladimir Putin warned the West and NATO that allowing Ukraine to attack Russia with long-range missiles would be a "significant change" to the nature of the conflict.
