One thing this has got going for it i the production values. Compared to a lot of pilots, it's stellar.

-the view screen is made of glass, it's actually a screen not much different from a TV screen in the show, and if it was an actual transparent window it would of been made with transparent aluminum that wouldnt of shattered so easily.
-the "ready room" that he says he just took a dump in is actually a turbo lift
-Geordie's visor makes a communicator chirp from the original star trek and not TNG...it doesnt make sounds AT ALL in the show

Wow, a lot of these comments are really mean and rude. These are artists and comedians working to create shows for an audience. If people are going to be assholes while they continue to make new stuff, then kudos to them and pity to the jerks who feel the need to comment in such a way.

Yea, I have thought about that. That's why I was clear that I don't think people should unsub in response to pilots. They should just thumbs down and make a comment. But if they went ahead and made this series despite how poor community response has been to it it'd be clear they weren't listening to their viewers and unsubbing would be reasonable.

And I like Star Trek. I also like Star Trek parody videos. But this was just unpleasant to watch. I'm hoping it gets scrapped.
