If your buying an older 4X4 (Patrol, Cruiser, etc.) Rule No.1, never buy a vehicle that's been born & bred in Queensland or Northern NSW.
Travel south and get one that hasn't been on every beach known to man where it ends up like this one.
Rarely do you see a VIC car that looks like this, unless it spent time in Queensland 🙂
