BEST BACKHANDSPRING TUTORIAL ON YT SO FAR ❤
Most of them is like "swing your arms and jump on your hands" or "take a spotter and do a backhandspring". I think I will get it this way because I got my back limber.

I think I just don’t have enough back and shoulder flexibility, because I just go back and find my arms in front of my ears again... It also hurts my wrists and lower arms because I land with a lot of weight and can’t pop off🤔 do you have any tips?

Wow, this actually is great for me since I have a mental block with back skills, I can do a back walkover and limber but I am always afraid to jump back quickly, this has helped me so much, thank u so very much!!

So I watched this like a month ago, and I was upset bc I didn’t have a back limber, and now (5 days before tryouts) I got it and I am working on the part where you jump onto your hands and I so happy!!! THANK YOU
