Today during Olympia week in Las Vegas at City Athletic club you'll catch the highlights of my back workout yesterday. Not always am I hitting the gym for two hours, sometimes I just want to get in and get out in under an hour and today I show you the three exercises that targets every angle of my back in a shortened amount of time.

thanks Jay nice to see a short effective work out people don't realise you can get a lot done in a short time by having less rest, I super set everything and train 50 mins 5 x a week

I love this guy truly do! He never focuses on the weight and doesn't promote Deadlifts overrated shit to develop a good back. I will even say I developed a better thicker back than people doing decades of Deadlidt it doesn't bulid thickness it just won't. Good work Jay!

Im 30 now and just got back into lifting, but when I first started around 18 Jay was the man I looked up to in the sport and now here I am again and he's still at it haha. Keep it up man.

Hi Jay, thanks for videos like this. I'm about your age and have been working out most of my life. I'm interested in realistic ways to keep my muscle and stay in shape, with no plans to compete. Your videos are inspiring and helpful.
