Fussy baby puppy: Obstinate? Disobedient?

Do you think my pets are perfect? Have a look at Mick Nichol being obstinate with his mamma. Sometimes he's a fussy baby. You can't expect adult behavior from a toddler. Just walk away, come back later, show the treat, and try another command. He's a good boy when he gets it right. Terrible twos. We'll all survive somehow.
