Tightening Trinity's Expander!!! Trinity has had her expander in for a little over a week now and she's finally adjusted to it. We had a busy morning, playing games and getting donuts and of course we had to show you Trinity's routine of flushing out her expander when she gets food stuck in it. Which also means tightening her expander once bed time rolls around. She handles it really well, it's quick and easy and has now become part of her bedtime routine.
