Iceland Volcanic Eruption - Drone Footage [4K]

As you may have heard, the spate of recent earthquakes has resulted in an eruption. So we paid a flying visit with the drone to capture some of these rare and mighty natural forces on show.

What i love to think about is, that lava has been molten for billions of years, and is now cooling for the first time to form a new surface to explore, every peak on earth has been stood on by someone but when this cools it gives a new opportunity for someone else to the first, i find that inspiring

Excellent footage! What I really like is the scene from the ‘back side’ that none of the RUV.is streams have shown us. If you go back, could you add in some high-elevation shots to show the whole area (maybe from one of the high ridges behind)? 👍👍

its nice how much tech has advanced in 20 years. 20 years ago people would have a digital camera attatched to a drone and get maybe 250 pictures at maybe 2 megapixel resolution. now we got 4K video that doesnt have much dropping out or pixelation if drone doesnt go too far.
