Interesting scenario, but I would like to remind that the Kaiser didn't choose to surrender IRL. He was forced to abdicate under the threat of a full-blown revolution in Germany. If he had refused to abdicate and continue to fight on, Germany would've been embroiled in a violent revolution long before the Allied advances as shown in this video. Germany may even have potentially became communist, and the war may not have ended if the Entente chose to continue its advance on Germany as the Soviets would've likely come to their defense in such an event.

To be honest, Germany basically carried the central powers, it would probably stalemate around the German border at the time and Germany would have a slow painful death from the south
