DISCLAIMER: VERY INACCURATE!

In this timelapse I used the Ultra Historical Mod as well as doing some tweaks to try to convey WWII in HOI4 as historically as possible. After around 10 attempts, this was probably the most historical game I could get. It is EXTREMELY inacurate as HOI4 is a game that is supposed to be played by an actual player and although it does somewhat of a good job at conveying WWII historically, you will probably never get a perfect representation of what actually happened.

For Hoi4, that's extremely accurate

One thing I don't get is it seems that the peace deal is scripted judging by the way Austria is occupied at the end, but shouldn't Germany also be divided in occupation zones? Technically both East and West Germany were occupied until 1949.

I like that there is an occupation of Iran for the duration of the war by the Soviet-British forces. This is missing in vanilla, especially with the loss of the Caucasus region. In this case, it would be possible to withdraw through the south to the main front.

I suggest turning off all AI and using the "op" command to get a reconstruction as accurate as possible. It's probably tedious as hell but that's the surest way to do it

I literally had a vanilla game that was more historical than this "historical" mod lol. In my game the germans got right outside Moscow and stalingrad like they did in real life, then I pushed them back and took Berlin.
