Please do not measure precipitation in MM. At least do CM. Cuz growing up ive learned that 2.54 cm is 1 inch and us Americans use inches and feet when we measure precip. I guess its not that hard to do the math 45 mm = 4.5 cm which is just less than 2 inches... but stil not accurate.
