I ALREADY know that just from the title of the video, it's going to garner a whole bunch of "fat is not healthy," and "lose weight b*tch," comments. Just be aware, you post that ish, you are BLOCKED! Anyways, back to my regularly scheduled program...

Hey y'all! I'm back with another video and this time I'm talking about Traveling while Fat. I get so many comments with questions and worries from other people in regards to their size and being a traveler. As a plus size traveler myself, I have dealt with those worries and even have come across some times when I've been limited because of me being overweight. Well, today I am here to let you know the real deal: what you DO actually have to worry about as a plus size traveler.

I want to dispel some of your concerns about traveling ANYWHERE in a world that is obviously not going to be catered to your size. Does that mean you shouldn't travel? NO! Get out and enjoy your life while you can.

If you liked this video, make sure you go ahead and give it a thumbs up! SHARE with anyone you think this video can inspire! Spread the love!

I'm a size 20/22 and when I visited Korea, I had a great time, with no horror stories.
Nat, you are doing a great thing by encouraging people to love themselves no matter what their size, and enjoy living their lives!

There are plus sized girls in Korea too. Like anywhere. Be you, have fun and go for it.

Omg this has always been a concern for me and a big reason I've never travelled to Japan or South Korea. I'm excited to see this.

all these young girls in the comments are making me a little sad not gonna lie :( don't spend your childhood/teenage life stressing over weight or what others think❤️you're not a child for long so just live it up!

You’re beautiful, a teacher and you help others feel better about themselves. That’s a winning combination.

Great advice on being confident 🙂. I am tall and plus-sized, but still travel a lot. Early on, a rule of thumb for me is "the cheaper the airline the smaller the seats". I've never had to buy 2 seats, but have sat in the Emergency row for more leg room multiple times. I didn't encounter any issues overseas on public transportation, restaurants, or anything.

When traveling in Japan and South Korea, I've received compliments on my hair mainly and stares also. Although, I was doing my fair share of staring/"people watching" also. So, I can't fault it when I catch someone staring back at me 😅.

I really needed this, I was feeling really low over this summer. I need to start giving my body more love and have the body confidence others have! <3

I just stumbled upon your channel, and I'm so grateful. I'm also a Florida girl, size 18/20, and currently taking my TEFL certification in hopes of moving to Korea. Being fat has always been a deterrent for me in terms of traveling and socializing, but it's always been my dream to go to Japan/Korea. So thank you for your videos. You're amazing!!!

Your videos have always been a huge support to me since before I decided to move to Korea last June. It has been over one year of living in Korea and it is true, seats and everything here is small but if you have confidence then you can get through all the shame and awkward stares. I am a size 20-22 and I am CONSTANTLY being told by Koreans, "You are so beautiful, but you would be more beautiful if you lost weight. Then I can help you find a boyfriend" .... Every time this happens I have to suppress my feelings of wanting to go off on them and remember that is just part of the Korean culture. All the things you mentioned in this video are so true, but most importantly you have to love yourself and not let others get you down. Koreans are actually getting pretty big themselves these days and thankfully there is starting to be more options for clothes and bigger shoes, etc. There is no reason for us to be ashamed! We are big and beautiful people! Korea just needs to be aware there is more than just one type of beauty. Please keep the videos coming! I love them and can't wait for the next one.

I LOVE girls like you who know how people’s mindsets are but are confident enough to not worry about what they think! It’s amazing and I really respect you for that!👏😊🌸

Sometimes, some people look at a person who has some ‘extra’ weight, because the person is beautiful and is able to carry themselves wonderfully with that ‘extra’ weight.

This video is so on point! I've definitely experienced all of those things while traveling abroad. I live in North Macedonia and sometimes it's discouraging to be the constant object of people's attention, but I refuse to let it keep me from wearing shorts, short dresses, and walking confidently. If you're reading this, don't let your size keep you from traveling and looking good while doing it. The only one who will regret not living your life to the fullest is you. Live your big beautiful life and live it out loud for all the world to see and hear!!!!

I’m so ashamed of my body and i hate when people stare and sometimes say anything about it, but then when i see you i always feel so much more confident because ur so beautiful and i also have a dark skin color and "black" hair. But then i go to school and people make fun of me again but you really make me feel better. Thank you for giving me the confidence to not listen to those people.
