Yes! Thanks man! I see so much people doing bad form push-ups (we’re all guilty) and that’s when I’ve changed my max from 50 to 25 because I’m doing them perfect now

you just got to retract your scapula at the bottom and protract your scapula at the top. Just an advanced tip. It makes pushups ridiculously hard, tho.

I have a question while doing pushups I do 5 with perfect form then elevate my buttocks for 30 second and do 5 pushups again and I do the same process until 50 pushups. Shall I keep on this habit or practice pushups without lifting my buttocks for rest ??

When I try and tuck my elbows it's just uncomfortable and It just feels too wierd and I can't get low at all while doing it

Its okay to flare the elbows out but not too much

if you want a good posture just lay down on your front side and rest all your muscles then start to push up with the same posture, hope this helps
