The ASUS TUF GAMING GeForce RTX 3080 OC( it takes up 2.5 slots) is currently not available so I don't know if it would fit with the regular version the Noctua NH-D15 on my ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PRO (WI-FI) motherboard.

9:58 First of all, nice review, it will be my next cooler. Just one question.
I agree that it doesn't make any sense to add another fan, cause there will be compatibility issues with ram, and there would be no point of buying the "S" version anymore.
But at a given temperature target, you could have two fans at 1000rpm, instead of one fan at 1200rpm for example.
And since the noise scale is logaritmic, one fan at 1200rpm would make more noise than two fans at 1000rpm, but correct me if I'm wrong!

the best cooler EVER, either Air or Liquid
I had 280mm corsair Aio placed in front (the best position an aio must be placed) and temps are even better with Noctua
