I know this is the common wisdom, but I'm living totally opposite: intermittent fasting and no breakfast, light lunch and normal dinner. I'm actually feeling much better and have shed pounds that I regain immediately if I start breakfasting again. With a regular dinner early, I'm not hungry at all in the morning. Agree that it is important for children, maybe less when you're getting old.
I think everyone has to find what works best for them. And yes, the word of God should be enjoyed daily.

Do the gluten free waffles have to be buckwheat or just any as long as it’s gluten free? I had buckwheat pancakes a long time ago and didn’t like it at all. I’d there anything I could make it with to make it taste good? Thanks!

This is one opinion. There seem to be many opinions about what foods to eat and when to eat them. Each person has to see what works best for them.

So THIS is why british have beans and toast. Well. Lemme say this guys: start the day with a glass of water and some pink or celtic salt. This hydrates you with great minerals. THEN or ALSO, squeeze whole lemon or lime into the water and ingest some more. Now your starting the day with the least irritating form of “vitamins and minerals” to LITERALLY start your day. After that, have at some fruits or a salad and salmon to start the day. If you want the BEST proof of effective foods, eat what you want to know about before bed. Try eating salmon before bed, or beans. Youll usually be awake till 6 am from the wakeful energy

Everybody's body is different. What's good for the goose, may not be good for the gander.

Drink water, first thing after waking up. That's for sure.

You don't need breakfast to wake up and be productive. And you don't need to eat till your tanks are getting low. Using your same analogy. Our bodies are giant storage devices for energy. Fat. We just need to learn how to use them, and eating meals all the time is what doesn't help.
