What about smoking and fat loss/metabolism? In this video I talk about the short-term effects of smoking on the body and muscle particulary. I focus on how smoking affects your physical performance as it immediately influences the lungs, blood and heart. Muscle building is strongly dependend on these factors so the effect of smoking CLEARLY negatively influences your gains!

Every single cigarette/hookah or whatever you smoke is harmful to you, and keep in mind, that you will always have a better physical performance if you do NOT smoke.

I just started back up in gym, and I have been smoking heavily over the last 2 years. My cardio has severely dropped, I felt like I was gonna die. I needed a video like this to force me to stop! Especially now getting back into boxing. Thank you

I’ve been smoking 3 or 4 cigs a day for a while, hoping even though I don’t smoke much, I hope I will still feel better quitting. I always feel fatigue and down, like I’m getting a cold. Lazy……….hope quitting helps………..

I’m a really heavy smoker. I’ve noticed throughout the years how much it’s taken a toll on my body and I’m only 23. I can barely run without getting winded. It’s affected my brain. It’s hard. I hope to quit as soon as possible but I don’t know how. I’m trying to inform myself as much as i can but I don’t know where to start. 😕
