Hello sir, in ultrasound it is said "both ovaries show multiple immature follicles measuring 3-4mm dia. Stroma appears echogenic" what does that mean sir? My period cycles are normal and I now have small pain in my lower abdominal.

I had done my ultrasound and it says
Both ovaries show multiple small follicles(8-10 in number) with central echogenic stroma.
Right ovary volume- 9.2 cc
Left ovary volume- 10.5 cc
Endometrium- 7.4 mm
Is this report normal doctor?

My MRI report shows 5.4cm right ovarian unilocular cyst with solid component similar to the myometrium. And also mentions 0-RADS 4 lesion. Advised risk of maligancy upto 50%. Is it necessary to undergo surgery? Im also undergoing ivf .One failed embryo transfer. Next one scheduled in few months. What would you advise?

Sir yesterday i consult dr because I didn’t get my periods last month and my last period date was on oct 23 but yesterday night i got my periods… and when i consult they told me to take ultrasound scan of my complete abdomen and the results shiws that my left ovary volume is 10cc and right ovary volume is 15cc..Both ovaries are enlarged in size and shows multiple peripherally arranged follicles with central echogenic stroma….and my endometrial thickness is 15.1 mm… can u please tell is there any serious problem ???

Hello doctor, I had pcos and after a during of 1 year the cysts have completely vanished from my ovaries. Now the ovaries have started making new egg but they arnt growing & maturing to rupture and cause periods or even get me pregnant.
