Painting over paneling.

Painting over paneling that was painted by a renter and never prepped wall. The landlord was not very happy about it or that it was blue.
The steps we did are what you do if you want to paint over paneling, except you need to use a deglosser if the paneling has never been painted before. I like a brand I like called Paso
