This video is from “El Concierto” which is a live album. They used footage from 16 consecutive performances in Mexico City (all in Aug 1994) and 2 performances in Buenos Aires (Nov 1994). This performance of “La Incondicional” was the last song of a Medley. I recommend you check out the rest of the concert. It is very good!

Luis Miguel vocal range alive have gone up to E5 and can go to F5. He does those C5 C#5 D5 Eb5 open mouth full natural voice without changing his color voice.
At age 16 he did C6 D6 Eb6 E6 F6 alive..
