Luis miguel is literally on of the grestest professional singing legends of all time. This is why mexicans nick named him Mexico's sun.

So, the vowels Sam chooses to pronounce "la incondicional" are quite open, and they work perfectly to fall into that sort of forward blunt Spanish accent where the vowels have fuller sounds. When he pronounces "Luis Miguel", he does the same thing, so the words feel complete. If I were working in his pronunciation, I'd try to keep the shape of the vowels, and work on modifying the L at the end of "Miguel" to bring it forward, keeping the tongue connected to the teeth instead of the palate.
