Do you have something that shows how to add data from an email to an excel sheet every time a certain defined email arrives?

As always the videos is great! But I do have a problem, out of wich you maybe can make a video (if you want to). Or maybe someone who is reading this can give me a hint. Basically it is a formatting problem, based on two ranges of numbers. So I do have two ranges. F.e. Rng1(C4:C12) and Rng2(E4:L8). In Rng1 I put some numbers, representing weights without any formatting so far. In Rng2 I need to put a couple of the numbers that I had put into Rng1. As soon as I put a matching number from Rng1 into Rng2, I need to format the background color of the matching cell in Rng1. As soon as I delete the matching number out of Rng2, the formatting in Rng1 should be deleted. But there's a hook to it. There can be doublets or even triplets in Rng1. But I don't want to format all of 'em if I put just one matching number (out of the doublets) into Rng2. Just as many as I put in Rng2. For that it doesn't matter wich of the numbers in Rng1 gets formatted first. I tried conditional formatting, but obviously din't work. Also I tried VBA in wich I compared the two Ranges every time Rng2 gets changed. But I din't get it right.

The Background behind this is, that Rng1 represents a pool of pallet weights. Rng2 represents a pool of trucks on wich I need to load these pallets. To find out, how many (and wich) pallets I can put on wich truck, I need to put them (by trial and error) into Rng2. Actually Rng2 gets summarized so I always know the total weight. Obviously I wont put pallets on a truck that are not in Rng1 nor do I want to put pallets on a truck, that I already have put on another truck. I think you get the gist of it. By now I'm formatting the cells in Rng1 manually as soon as I put a number into Rng2. It is very annoying that way.
