VILLAIN [OC Animatic]

a year long project I’ve been working on !! Figured it’d be the perfect song to finally showcase my Villain OCS with ! It’s been awhile since I’ve made animatics,,, so I tried my best!

Figured I’d do a small Q&A for a few frequent questions and some extra info!:

“What programs did you use?”
- I used a combo of Procreate and Procreate Dreams! I did most of the frames in procreate while some extra ones and editing in Dreams.


“Where can I find out more about your OCs? / Will you post more of them?”
- I do plan to post more videos (and memes) of them! If you like to see illustrations of them, you can find them on my socials at @FlowerFueled on Twitter and Instagram! I post about them every now and then, but I usually do fanart so keep that in mind!

“Does this story have a name?
- Yep! It’s called “Synthelement” and I’ve been working on this for quite some time. I’m still developing it as time goes on so please look forward to it!

so what I can gleem is that the main character (I'm assuming the doll like girl at the end) is being pursued by 3 villains: a murderer pretending to be a bartender, a tyrant annihilating a rebellion, and a superstar who hypnotizes her fans into doing her bidding.

So the Super Star, the Bartender the Doctor, and the Tyrant. Are trying to keep the Heroine alove by some dubious means, the Heroines body is unable to move, while her mind is awake. To compensate for this, they decided to put her in a VR game.

Quite curious to find such a fine piece on an ocean filled with so much boring stuff. If I've undertod correctly, It seems like thes funny looking robots are fighting against someone (humans maybe?). And that girl... she has something to do with all of this. I'll be waiting to hear some more about this little thing. Does It has a name wich I'll be able to call it?

i love the way you moved the story thru characters..like idk them, idk their story, idk their personalities but you can feel it the way they went through things, you can feel how the story progresses over and it feels so liberating taking that step forward to see the "how and why" of the reality, the people around and play with it. I love the way characters move, their expressions and ESPECIALLY THE OC DESIGN!!! I MEAN- HELLO??? THATS FREAKING COOL!! bringing out the best of everything here! one or the other character feels like u can relate...you can link to them!! FREAKING AWESOME!!!

So after watching this a million times, I think the story goes like this:

Group of Robots you see at the end defeated the short haired girl at the beginning because she was doing…something bad (maybe well meaning in the beginning with the tree but they destroyed it??). So they’re like “yay we won!” But the villains catch wind of their friend dying and now they’re like “oh heck nah” and mostly sad.

What do you guys think?

I am SO late to this animatic but it's absolutely breathtaking! The way you manage to convey a story through such means is brilliant, and even in just a minute and a half makes it no less of an accomplishment! Hoping this gets the attention it deserves ^^
