Sony still is not allowing many countries to purchase the game. Any country that does not have PlayStation cannot buy it.

PS1 PS2 were amazing.
after that, they were too focused on unit sales and ticket price being higher and not affordable.
im not paying 400+ for a console

This is no longer a thing, at least for the foreseeable future. Sony has since backed down from the PSN mandatory account after the massive outrage leading up.
