It's Day 3 of our PPL Lite November Workout Program! Get ready for an upper body strength session today focusing on your progressive overload and challenging you to go until muscle fatigue!

Welcome to a workout dedicated to improving strength in your back and biceps. Today we are working for 45 seconds per exercise and we will complete 3 rounds of 2 exercises before taking a rest. Don't rush the reps, embrace the moderate tempo for your best strength training, and choose weights that are in the upper limit for each exercise for you.

For anyone confused here’s a little run down:
This month’s workouts are push/pull split (why you have two upper bodies in a row) BUT she’s only posting three new workouts a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) the others will be old workouts from the channel (why you might not receive a notification since they’re already posted)
Lastly people YOU CAN DO IT, I went into this thinking my arms were going to fall off on the second row, but we’re working different muscle groups and mainly WE’RE STRONGER THAN WE KNOW!! 💪🏻
Remember if you need to modify or take your weights down it’s completely fine, you just need to give it your all TODAY 🤍

First workout since I lost my little workout buddy 😢 getting started was hard & plenty of tears were shed while I was setting up but I'm proud I finally got a workout done 👍🏻 in memory of my little Mosely and all the times he joined me on my mat 💜

Wow that last set was crazy🎉
My biceps feel like they are 3x bigger than they were at the beginning of this workout . I feel like I could lift a car up! Way go everyone
