Then, using all the senses, we will envision your preferred state that the coping mechanisms are meant to bring about. How is that preferred state symbolized in your imagination? Using “what if” statements and breathing techniques, we will bring in that new, intentional possibility of shifting the narrative of your experience as a new, healthy coping mechanism.

What are the coping skills you have developed in order to handle emotions and keep yourself going? How do they affect you--short-term and long-term? Let's dig deep and release those that no longer service while building new neural networks to design our most empowered life!
