Despite the controversy at its launch I’ve been running a 4070ti with a 13700k and it is a fantastic card. I’ve been mostly playing on an ultrawide 3440x1440 and some on a 4K tv and it is really
Impressive for the price (compared to current GPU market) obviously still too expensive but at this point I think it’s the best value for a higher end card

Just built my own budget PC for the very first time. Worked first time with no problems. What a feeling.
Genuinely inspired by PC Centric and I’m so glad I watched the build vids 👍🏼

Really useful this one Marcus - thank you! I've just built my first PC and am running it on the IGPU while I get some funds together for the card, so this was a great consideration piece for the options I'm looking at currently!

I'll probably be getting a rx 6600 for my first PC. I don't have a budget for much else, and I game at 1080p anyways.

I just got the Arc750. So far it's pretty good. There are issues with HDR on some titles and youtube specifically (no hdr at 1080hd, it just frazzles the whole window, esp fullscreen). The driver updates have been noticeable improvements. I've played a few games and I don't notice any issues, everything is set to high. 12900k, 32 gb ddr5, 2tb ssd. Games run better at higher settings. Prior to the last update it would throw up a warning that it may not work but I didn't notice last night. The warning was boilerplate and did not ring true.

Now I realize that the 7900 xtx is better than I thought against the Rtx 40 series and glad I went team red for the first time ever

Another amazing video!!!
This is great one for everyone who's looking for a new GPU and also looking to understand more about which GPU to get.
Well done again :)

I love the advice about knowing about which games you want to play, your monitor and then your budget...
It's so important... for me, since my monitor is 32 inch 4k (the MSI one from the sponsor hehehe), I knew I wanted to play 4k games and most of my games are AAA... So I've decided to go with 4080 (for all the RT, DLSS3, etc.).

Built my first pc end of last year with a 13600k and a rx 6900xt, playing on an ultawide 1440p, 144hz monitor, performance is amazing. I wasn't actually aware the 6900xt was considered high end, or that it was comfortable running 4k, but I'm happy with my ultrawide. Easier on the gpu, and more screen space make for immersive gaming

Ideally I want to have a 144hz 1440p ultrawide main at the bottom then a 32 inch 4k 120hz+ (not for gaming just for OS smoothness and general QOL feeling)panel right above and tilted downwards. Currently got a 5900x and 6900xt in a thermaltake core p3 pro case planned out.

I’m waiting for the intel battlemage, I have a good feeling that they may be able to rival the new flagships of amd and Nvidia for hopefully significantly cheaper

I had the chance to sold my 3060Ti for almost $500 and bought an RX 6800 for the same price and I was blown away by the gains, that paired with a 5800x3D will surely last me this entire gen and I can save up for 5000 series

Bought a Sapphire Nitro+ Special Edition 6800 XT for $540 USD which is awesome. I'm not in the USA but the 7900 XT which was my next option, was over $400 more... for not a whole lot better performance. This card owns at 1440p.
