Since 7 years I am running a firm that sells agri products. I have committed my entire time in explaining about my products to customers and I never left one order. But I didn't get a perfect salesman who will work with me. No student of these days want to go for the field. I had one guy for around 4 years. He got a bank job and he told me that I have a bad news. When he told, I replied that its a good news and carry on. But I didn't get another guy.
