When you place your arm against the table, make sure that your elbow and shoulder are approximately in the same line from each other as you bend forward. You want to make sure not to rotate your body away and keep your body as square as possible. Make sure that your hand, elbow, and shoulder stay in the same place. You want to hold this position for approximately one minute and repeat this stretch 3 times.
