Price per piece was always the wrong way to calculate the value of a set since those big pieces are worth more than a 1x1 stud. Also Grogu in the back.

Weight is a good measurement for price just need an equation

The way now, to decide, due to the reduction in size of brick (R.I.S.) will be - weight per set - weight of plastic in it’s entirety + pieces to get a more accurate value scale.

I mean calculating it on a brick by brick basis on some way does make sense, since you will have costs that add per brick. It is all depended on how its manufactured.
So there is a fixed cost on one piece that will not change regarldess of what kind of piece it is.

I found something interesting in set number 60180 in instruction number 42. They show the wrong lego piece.
EDIT: it's only in the actual book and not in the online instructions.
